Hotel Policies - Gilbert Inn

Cancellation Policy:

• One night's stay will be charged 72 hours in advance. The remainder of the stay will be charged on the morning of arrival. If you cancel after the 72 hour window, or no-show, you will still be charged for the first night. There are no refunds for checking out early.

Smoking Policy:

• This is a smoke-free facility.
• No smoking or vaping in the hotel or within 10 feet of hotel.
  If anyone is found to be violating this rule, they will be immediately ejected from the premises. If we discover a guest has smoked in their room, there will be a fine of $250 charged.

Security Deposit:

• A $100 incidental deposit will be charged to all guests’ cards upon arrival as a damage deposit. This amount will be released upon departure, provided no damages or incidents have occurred.
• If damages or incidents are found during your stay, the $100 deposit will not be refunded. Additionally, a minimum penalty equivalent to one night's stay may be charged to cover the cost of damages. If damages exceed this amount, further charges may apply.
